Piers, blocking & leveling
Engineered pier layouts on proper footers, shimmed and leveled to spec so doors close and floors stay flat.
Tie-downs & anchoring
Ground anchors and strapping installed to manufacturer and Colorado code, ready for high-wind country.
Re-levels & relocations
Settled home? Moving to a new lot? We re-level existing homes and tear down, transport and re-set.
Skirting, steps & finish
Vinyl or metal skirting, vents, entry steps and the trim-out that makes a set look finished.
Permits & inspections
We pull the setup permits and meet the inspector, so your home passes the first time.

Piers on proper footers, leveled to spec, then anchored and strapped.

Marriage line sealed, skirting and steps on, and we meet the inspector.

A Colorado crew that sweats the details
Superior Home Setters is a Colorado company based in Fort Garland, at the foot of the Sangre de Cristos. Setting a home is the step everything else depends on: if it is not level and anchored right, doors stick, seams open and floors move. We bring our own trucks and equipment, show up when we say we will, and stay until the job is done right.
We work with homeowners, dealers and park managers on new installs, relocations and re-levels, and we handle the permit and inspection paperwork so you do not have to.
